Who needs Education and Training?

The courses in the training programme are divided and individually adapted to three different target groups, Board & Management, Sales Management and Operational Sales Staff (AM, KAM, Business Development etc).

The course participants are given a greater insight and knowledge about the driving forces that govern the company’s sales, understanding and structures for strategy and tactics work and how to build and execute operational sales with optimal results.

The content is just as relevant for large and small companies, regardless of whether they operate in the Swedish, Nordic or global market.

            SQ's trainers all still work operationally in the business world with sales. As a result, the courses always have a strong connection to reality and the teaching contains many interesting discussions and examples from national and international ongoing sales operations.

Our trainings are conducted through SQ Academy starting 2022, but can also be carried out adapted to the company at the customer’s premises now and in the future.
